Shipping and delivery
We always endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is to process orders placed before 2pm on business days Monday to Friday (excluding public and UK bank holidays) on the day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are usually processed the following business day. Please note that at particularly busy times, for example Christmas and during promotional offers, or during periods of industrial action, processing times may increase.
United Kingdom delivery *website B2C customers only
DPD is a 1-2 working day service and is £5.00 for orders below £50, free for orders £50 and above.
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm** (except Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland which is a 2 day service) for orders placed before 12pm is available for £8.00. Orders are sent by recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery. Dispatched the same day to be delivered on the next working day, includes Saturday, excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays. Delivery for orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday can be expected on Tuesday. If you are not available when Royal Mail deliver you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time. Please use the reference number on the failed delivery card to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
**Please note that due to Royal Mail staffing issues, delivery in some areas may be delayed.
Customers can also select DHL courier delivery at checkout. A quote can be obtained by providing your delivery details in the shopping cart and check out page on the website prior to confirming your order.
Orders Outside the U.K.
If your delivery address is outside the U.K. your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Europe delivery
Dandydill Way orders to Europe may be shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, DPD Air Classic or DHL courier service. A signature may be required on delivery. Orders received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday are usually sent out on the same day and should be delivered within 1 to 7 working days however it can take up to 10 working days during busy periods.

Rest of the world delivery
Dandydill Way orders for delivery outside the European union are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, DPD Air Classic or DHL courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. If you order is received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday we aim to send it out on the same day and you should expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 10 working days.
