The terms and conditions including our privacy policy govern the use of this site and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between Dandydill Way and you, as the user of the site.

Please note that by using our website you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. They contain important information, including warranties and limitations of liability, and are subject to change. Dandydillway.com is provided for the use of the residents of the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18. If you are not over the 18 age or do not agree to be bound by the conditions you may not register or make a purchase on the site. If you are not resident of the United Kingdom and access this site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent that local laws are applicable.
Shipping and delivery
We always endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is to process orders placed before 2pm on business days Monday to Friday (excluding public and UK bank holidays) on the day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are usually processed the following business day.
Please note that at particularly busy times, for example Christmas and during promotional offers, or during periods of industrial action, processing times may increase.
United Kingdom delivery *website B2C customers only
DPD is a 1-2 working day service and is £5.00 for orders below £50, free for orders £50 and above.
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm** (except Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland which is a 2 day service) for orders placed before 12pm is available for £8.00. Orders are sent by recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery. Dispatched the same day to be delivered on the next working day, includes Saturday, excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays. Delivery for orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday can be expected on Tuesday. If you are not available when Royal Mail deliver you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time. Please use the reference number on the failed delivery card to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
**Please note that due to Royal Mail staffing issues, delivery in some areas may be delayed.
Customers can also select DHL courier delivery at checkout. A quote can be obtained by providing your delivery details in the shopping cart and check out page on the website prior to confirming your order.
Orders Outside the U.K.
If your delivery address is outside the U.K. your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Europe delivery
Dandydill Way orders to Europe may be shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, DPD Air Classic or DHL courier service. A signature may be required on delivery. Orders received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday are usually sent out on the same day and should be delivered within 1 to 7 working days however it can take up to 10 working days during busy periods.

Rest of the world delivery
Dandydill Way orders for delivery outside the European union are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, DPD Air Classic or DHL courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. If you order is received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday we aim to send it out on the same day and you should expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 10 working days.

If you are not able to order to your country on the website please contact us at customercare@dandydillway.com and we will endeavour to arrange a special delivery for you.
Incorrect address
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete your order may be returned to us and the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. Please note that we will do this in addition to any potential free delivery offer. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or complete address you must pay all delivery costs to redeliver your order to the corrected address.
Returns
Only products purchased on the Dandydill Way website can be returned to Dandydill Way for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return items purchased in a department store, retailer or elsewhere please contact them directly. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or an exchange for the cost of the goods only, provided that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unopened unused and re-sellable condition. Please email us at customercare@dandydillway.com in advance of your intention to exchange or return a product so that we can assist you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund once goods are opened unless faulty. Please ensure that the order to be returned is securely wrapped. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as you are responsible for ensuring that the order is returned to us in a re-sellable condition. We will not refund any delivery charge unless a product has been damaged during shipping or a defective or incorrect product has been sent. The relevant shipping charge will be payable by you if the refund reduces the original order amount to below any free shipping threshold applied at the time of placing the order. Please include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange with your returned order and send it to Returns, Dandydill Way c/o Group 55 Unit 1, Sumner Point, Lancashire Business Pak. Leyland Lancs PR26 6TZ. We will endeavour to process your return within seven working days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be issued through the method used for payment.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods provided that you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, unused and re-sellable condition. To cancel your order please contact us at customercare@dandydillway.com quoting your full name and order number.
You may cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Once you have completed payment your order may be dispatched at any time including before you receive a dispatch confirmation email. If your order has already been processed and dispatched you will need to return the order. Please read the returns section in order to do this.
Orders
When placing an order you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email, at which point these Terms and Conditions become binding on you and Dandydill Way.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Dandydill Way reserves the right to refuse an order if we decide in our sole discretion that would it would be in our best interests to do so. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practical and refund to you any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices on our website are in pound sterling inclusive of VAT. Any other currencies displayed are for guidance only and the final exchange amount will be determined by the chosen payment provider. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on our website at the time of submitting the order. The amount payable will be the total of the order plus the cost of delivery as stated above.
You must pay the order amount by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay at the time of submitting the order. Payment information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements. Title of the goods does not pass to you until payment in full has been received by Dandydill Way.
Your account
When you submit an order on our website you may create an account with Dandydill Way by registering your details and creating a password which will be associated with your username (the email address which you have indicated) and then complete and submit the order online through your Dandydill Way account. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes please notify us immediately by sending an email to customercare@dandydillway.com. You can also update your details through the my account page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and must take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address that you have specified when you registered. Your account can be cancelled at any time by emailing customercare@dandydillway.com.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate the terms and conditions or if we decide in our sole discretion that would it would be in our best interests to do so.

The contents of this website (including, but not limited to, images, designs, text, logos, graphics and photographs and their selection and arrangement) are the copyright of Dandydill Way or its content and technology providers and their respective owners.
